24 Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring

Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring is a more accurate way to assess your blood pressure as you move around, living your normal daily life. It is normally carried out over 24 hours and measures your blood pressure at regular intervals throughout the day and night. You will need to carry a small digital blood pressure machine in a harness around your body which is connected to a cuff around your upper arm. This information allows your cardiologist to optimise your blood pressure management.
