This is a very simple user- friendly patch. It is placed over the chest and records your heartbeat for 7 days. There is a simple button to press on the device if you notice any concerning symptoms under investigation. You can shower and swim with it in place. It also provides some information on the possibility of having obstructive sleep apnoea.
